On February 2018 Dr. Obiora Ike, Globethics.net Director, visited Africa: Enugu, Nigeria. The purpose of the visit was to explore and experience, first hand, the impact, process, reception and lessons in Ethics in Higher Education. The trip featured visits to different institutions involved in education.

One of the institutions he visited was Peaceland College of Education where he had the opportunity to sign a memorandum of understanding (MOU) between Globethics.net and Peaceland College of Education.

Peaceland College of Education is an institution that trains and prepares teacher to go and teach in other educational institutions. This made it the perfect match for Globethics.net as a partner for collaboration. The partnership agreement was signed on 7 February 2018 in an open ceremony and was shared will everybody attending the ceremony.

As a Globethics.net partner and stakeholder in education, the Peaceland College of Education will attend and participate in the conference proceedings around integrating ethics in higher education that will take place at the Globethics.net International Conference on 4–7 June 2018 in Switzerland
