From 23-26 October 2018 Globethics.net conducted the Training of Teachers for six educational institutions in Globethics.net network: two of the Founding Members of Globethics.net Consortium on Ethics in Higher Education - Godfrey Okoye University (GOU) and Enugu State of Science and Technology (ESUT) - and four partner universities, Peaceland College of Education, The Institute of Management, Technology, the Enugu State Collage of Education and Technology and the Coal City University.

Globethics.net experts, Nadia Balgobin, Prof Chidi Onyia, Prince Nnagozie, Christoph Stueckelberger and Obiora Ike, delivered the training.

The first three days of the training was a workshop for the teachers from the previous mentioned institutions. It helped the participants to reflect on issues from both a staff and an institutional point of view, and to understand the impact on the orientation of the students' lives, family, community and society. The last day was training only for 35 selected participants, which will now become trainers in Nigeria and it depend into ethics in higher education and how to train it
